Plans and delivers shutdown and breakdown maintenance on customer sites from the Gladstone base and the Dandenong works, covering isolation, mechanical changeouts, alignment, site welding and reinstatement, with every task risk assessed and every job card closed with hours and parts.

- Carry out bearing, seal and drive changeouts and alignment
- Respond to breakdown call-outs within agreed times
- Record condition findings and recommend follow-up work

Job Card Register
Tracks every fabrication, machining and maintenance job from quote to close-out with customer, drawing, hours and status.
WHS Incident and Hazard Register
Records injuries, near misses, hazards and environmental events at every site with investigation status and corrective actions.
Training and Competency Matrix
Holds each worker's licences, welder qualifications, inductions and training with expiry dates so supervisors can allocate work to people who are current.
