Tan runs the Wodonga machining centre, programs the CNC lathes and machining centre and reviews every inspection report before parts ship, with eleven years at Ironbark.
Bree Sutherland
Bree plans shutdown work packages with quarry and mine customers and leads the Gladstone field crews, having joined Ironbark six years ago from a mining contractor.
Rohan Pillai
Rohan is a welding inspector who owns the management system, non-conformance control and incident investigations across the sites and has been with the company for eight years.
Jodie Ferrante
Jodie leads the drafters and estimators, issues job cards and production schedules, and has prepared Ironbark's quotes and shutdown plans for seven years.
Kel Mackenzie
Kel receives and issues steel and consumables, keeps material certificates traceable to every job and runs the tool store, and has been in the Ironbark stores for five years.
Dev Chandra
Dev is a qualified boilermaker who welds code work in Bay 2, mentors second-year apprentices and completes weld records for every structural job he touches, four years at Ironbark.
Sienna Okafor
Sienna sets and operates the CNC lathe and machining centre at Wodonga, checks parts on the coordinate measuring machine and has been with the machine shop for three years.
Hamish Brody
Hamish is a fitter on the Gladstone crew who carries out isolations, bearing changeouts and shaft alignment on customer plant and joined Ironbark two years ago.
